How to get started
Below are three easy steps to get started with our vacation rental management.
Prepare Property
To ensure a smooth operation, please make sure your property is fully prepared for a vacation service and provides all the necessary amenities and services expected of a host. Poorly maintained properties do not qualify.
Payments
As a property management company, we require a card on file to facilitate immediate service, address emergency calls, and cover expenses for repair services, including A/C calls, plumbing issues or other issues.
Start Service
Once your property is ready, we will start our service. Our plan operates on a monthly billing cycle. No contracts involved. Please schedule an appointment with us, allowing us to become familiar with your property.
