Our services are contract-free and will be charged month-to-month. All the costs that accumulate during the monthly time-frame will be charged on a single invoice, such as cleaning services, handyman repairs, additional trips, etc. Each invoice is due the first day of each month. A deposit is required to cover expenses.

Each property is unique, therefore we need to inspect it before to familiarize ourselves with the home. Schedule an appointment with us to set a date and time. This way we can also go over any additional questions.
Once everything is ready to go, we will start our service immediately. Whenever there are no renters available, we will continue our service as Home Watch - Premium to keep your property in great condition. Issues can occur even when the property is unoccupied.
