Our Homelax Tablet App

We have developed an in-house app for your guests to use at your vacation rental. This app is provided by our tablets to be used for navigating the house rules easier, finding solutions to small issues, check-in option and simply exploring Naples to find the next adventure!

We work together with realtors and home owners.

Homelax does not work on commission. We do not make rental agreements or list vacation rentals. We are solely the property manager on the ground to assist with any issues that may arise.

Vacation rentals that we manage

We provide professional property management from small apartments to large homes. All price ranges included.

How billing is done

Our services are contract-free and will be charged month-to-month. All the costs that accumulate during the monthly time-frame will be charged on a single invoice, such as cleaning services, handyman repairs, additional trips, etc. Each invoice is due the first day of each month. A deposit is required to cover expenses.

Review Requirements

In order for all the services to work as smoothly as possible, we need your share as well. Please review document below to ensure your property meets our needs.

Inspect Property

Each property is unique, therefore we need to inspect it before to familiarize ourselves with the home. Schedule an appointment with us to set a date and time. This way we can also go over any additional questions.

Start Service

Once everything is ready to go, we will start our service immediately. Whenever there are no renters available, we will continue our service as Home Watch - Premium to keep your property in great condition. Issues can occur even when the property is unoccupied.
