- Inspect AC, Temperature, Humidity and Air filter
- Check Kitchen appliances
- Run water in toilets, showers and sinks.
- Run garbage disposal
- Check for water leaks
- Check for mold and moisture
- Monitor landscape and pool water / level
- Empty mailbox
- Turn fans on level 1 if necessary
- Check windows and doors are locked
- Inspect breaker box
- Check for water and heating system
- Check exterior house for signs of wear or bugs

- 3. Phase: We conduct a final walkthrough of the property, securing all entry points, turning off lights, shutting off the water supply, and activating the alarm system.
