- Inspect AC, Temperature, Humidity and Air filter
- Check Kitchen appliances
- Run water in toilets, showers and sinks.
- Run garbage disposal
- Check for water leaks
- Check for mold and moisture
- Monitor landscape and pool water / level
- Empty mailbox
- Turn fans on level 1 if necessary
- Check windows and doors are locked
- Inspect breaker box
- Check for water and heating system
- Check exterior house for signs of wear or bugs

Our signature 3-phase inspection provides a peace of mind for our customer with repeated safety steps to ensure we don't miss anything.
- 1. Phase: We thoroughly check your property with our crafted home watch inspection list. It provides the most common issues that we have experienced over the last ten years to ensure we leave no spot unchecked.
- 2. Phase: We take photos to provide an ultra-wide viewing angle of your property. This includes each room, appliances such as water heater and air conditioning. As well as exterior shots, like pool, lawn and driveway.
- 3. Phase: We once more walk through the home to lock up the property, turn off all lights, lock the doors, turn off the water and turn on the alarm system.

What are your business hours?
Our normal business hours are from 8am - 5pm EDT. Due to the nature of emergencies and international clients, we offer a wide availbility throughout the whole year.

Do you have an office?
Homelax is a remote company and does not own a physical location or office. If you'd like to meet in person, please make a home visit appointment.

What are your payment methods?
We offer an online payment method that accepts VISA, Mastercard, American Express and international cards. You may also leave a deposit in Cash or Check.

Are you licensed?
While we would love to operate under an official state license, the Florida department of Business & Professional Regulation does not recognize and regulate the Home Watch Business.

Do I have to sign a contract?
No, you have the right to cancel our service at any given time. There is no commitment. It is a month-to-month basis.

Can I get a full refund?
We are sad to see clients go and always thrive to offer the highest customer satifcastion, but we understand you may sell your house or have other reasons. Any non-serviced prepaid months will be refunded.
