The internet is not working

The internet is provided by Comcast / Xfinity. There may be a few different reasons as to why the internet isn't working:

• An outage was reported in your area and is being worked on.
• Reboot the modem by unplugging the power cable.
• If the TV is working, most likely the modem should be working as well.
• Check if the US/DS and Internet LED's are solid white on the front of the modem.
