- What are your business hours?
Our normal business hours are from 8am - 5pm EDT. Due to the nature of emergencies and international clients, we offer a wide availbility throughout the whole year.
- Where is your main office?
HomeLax is a remote company and does not own a physical location or office. If you'd like to meet in person, please make a home visit appointment.
- What are your payment methods?
We offer an online payment method that accepts VISA, Mastercard, American Express and international cards. You may also leave a deposit in Cash or Check.
- How do I get access to the Portal?
Once you have singed up for our services you'll recieve an email with instructions and login credentials.
- Do I have to sign a contract?
No, you have the right to cancel our service at any given time. There is no commitment.
- Can I get a full refund?
We are sad to see clients go and always drive to offer the highest customer satifcastion, but we understand complications may occur. Any non-serviced prepaid months will be refunded.

We are reachable through e-mail, social media, whatsapp and phone to 70+ countries.
- Is there a discount available?
With respect to all clients, we keep our pricing very transparent and do not offer any permanent discounts. New customers qualify for one-free month of service and you may earn credits by leaving a review or refer a client.
